Most of our services require a referral from another health practitioner or health provider (such as a GP, Nurse Practitioner, or Specialist). This helps ensure you are directed to the most appropriate care and that relevant clinical information is available to support your treatment.

How Referrals Are Made

The majority of referrals to our services are submitted electronically through ERMS (Electronic Referral Management System). This is our preferred method as it enables faster processing, improved accuracy, and better communication between providers.

If there is a need to submit a referral using paper, please contact the specific service directly for guidance on how to achieve this.

If you are not currently using ERMS, you are encouraged to sign up to enable secure, efficient electronic referrals.
