At some stage in your relationship with Clutha Health First, you may feel that you have a genuine reason to complain or compliment us regarding a service, or the manner in which your particular problem was dealt with.

In the first instance, please direct your complaint/compliment, in writing, to our CEO, who will investigate your concerns.

If you are unable to do this or remain dissatisfied, then you may contact:

They will contact you to investigate your issue. They will involve you in the process and in any remedial action that is taken.

Patient Surveys

If you have recently been a patient of one of Clutha Health First services and you have not yet completed your service survey, you may select the service from the list below and and complete the relevant survey. 

The completion of these surveys allows you to feedback on the quality of care that we gave you.
